Marrow is a personal mentor for founders. To do that, it remembers what you tell it. This page explains, plainly, what we store and why.

What we collect

• Your email — to sign you in and identify your account.
• Your conversations — the messages you send and Marrow's replies, so the relationship carries across sessions.
• Derived memory — a structured summary of what you've shared (goals, commitments, patterns) that Marrow uses to follow up.
• Basic usage timestamps — when you have sessions, used for streaks and to keep the service running.

How we use it

Only to provide the service: to hold a continuous, accountable mentoring relationship, show you your own progress, and send you the occasional nudge you've opted into. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it lives, and the AI

Your data is stored in our database (Supabase) with row-level security, so your account can only ever access your own data. Conversations are processed by Anthropic's Claude models to generate replies and memory. Anthropic does not train its models on data sent through its API.

Keeping it, and deleting it

We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and everything associated with it at any time, and we will.
