Marrow
Last updated 28 August 2026
This policy covers refunds and cancellations for a paid Marrow subscription. It's written plainly on purpose. The short version: you try Marrow free before you ever pay, you can cancel any time, and if a charge wasn't right, we'll make it right.
Every founder gets a 14-day free trial with no card required. You experience the whole of Marrow — memory, the dashboard, and the follow-up nudges — before you're asked to pay anything. Nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe.
Marrow is a subscription, offered monthly ($19/month) or annually ($169/year). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Payments, receipts, and billing are handled by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record and collects any applicable taxes.
You can cancel any time — from your account or by emailing us. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't automatically prorate a refund for the unused part of a term, but see the guarantee below.
If you're not happy, email us within 14 days of any charge — your first payment or a renewal — and we'll refund it in full, no interrogation. We'd genuinely rather you didn't pay for something that isn't serving you.
Annual renewals can catch anyone off guard a year later. If an auto-renewal went through and you didn't intend to continue, contact us within 14 days and we'll refund it, even if you've used it since.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Paddle. Depending on your bank, it typically takes a few business days to appear. You'll get confirmation from Paddle when it's issued.
Nothing here limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you. Where local law gives you a stronger right than this policy, that law wins.
To cancel or request a refund, email hello@meetmarrow.com from the address on your account and we'll sort it quickly.
