Marrow

Terms of Use

Last updated 24 August 2026

Marrow is an AI mentor for founders. By using it, you agree to these terms. They're written plainly on purpose. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service.

What Marrow is — and isn't

Marrow is a tool for reflection and accountability, powered by AI. It is not a licensed professional, and nothing it says is financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, business, medical, or mental-health advice. It doesn't replace a qualified advisor, lawyer, accountant, doctor, or therapist. Decisions you make about your company, money, or life are yours.

The AI can be wrong

Marrow's responses are generated by AI models and can be inaccurate, incomplete, or simply mistaken, even when they sound confident. Treat what it says as a prompt for your own thinking, not as fact. Verify anything important before you act on it.

No guarantees

We don't promise any particular outcome — no guarantee of revenue, growth, funding, or success of any kind. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Using it responsibly

Use Marrow for its intended purpose. Don't use it to break the law, harm others, or abuse the service (including automated scraping, attempts to overload it, or misuse of the feedback tools). We may suspend or end access that does. You're responsible for what you share with it.

Crisis and safety

Marrow is not an emergency service and not a substitute for professional help. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact a local emergency number or a crisis line right away, and reach out to someone you trust.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of Marrow or your reliance on anything it tells you, including decisions you make based on its output. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service (which, during free early access, is zero).

Your data

How we handle your information is covered in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete your account and everything associated with it at any time.

Changes

Marrow is early and evolving, so these terms may change. If they change materially, we'll update this page. Continuing to use the service means you accept the current version.
